Welcome to Blacks Design, LLC

Blacks Design is a part-time custom web development firm based in San Diego, California. Owner Vivian Coburn Black has extensive experience as a business process analyst, web developer and project manager. She also has years of experience as a Unix/Linux system administrator, network administrator and Internet security consultant.

Co-owner Randall Black is a low-temperature physicist, product inventor and developer of database-driven web applications.

Blacks Design was originally founded in February 2002. Blacks Design LLC (a California company) was established in 2023.
