Glacial moraine field, inlet of Bow Lake

As the glaciers receeded, they left huge rock fields behind (glacial moraine). The little creek running through the moraine field is water from the glacier, which has retreated far up the mountain now. This water feeds Bow Lake, which eventually becomes the Bow River.
