In Berne, we hopped off the train for a few hours, just to walk around the parliament building and see the old town area, before continuing our journey to Zurich. On Berne's main cathedral, we noticed many fantastic gargoyles, but the one that amazed us most was this dog-gargoyle. Once again, it may be that only the dog lovers in our audience can understand our fascination with this doggy gargoyle!
