North of Lake Louise is a stretch of road called the Icefields Parkway. Numerous glaciers can be found in the mountains surrounding the Icefields Parkway. In this photo, we are standing at the inlet of Bow Lake, which is the head of the Bow River. Bow Lake is fed by several glaciers.
